Home Care Ministry

Bearing One Another’s Burdens in Love | Galatians 6:2

At Salvation Grace Kingdom Tabernacle International, we believe no one should walk alone. Our Home Care Ministry exists to extend the love of Christ beyond Sunday service — into homes, hospital rooms, and everyday life here in Manzini and surrounding areas.

What We Do

Home Care is how we live out James 5:14 and Acts 2:46 as a church family. Our trained team serves in 4 key ways:

Prayer & Visitation

We visit members who are sick, recovering, homebound, or grieving. We come to pray with you, read Scripture, and encourage you in faith.

Communion at Home

If illness or age prevents you from attending service, our pastors and deacons will gladly bring Holy Communion to your home.

Practical Support

Love looks like action. We coordinate meal trains, hospital transport, and regular check-in calls for widows, the elderly, and those in crisis.

Home Cell Groups

Throughout nhlangano, small groups meet weekly in homes for Bible study, fellowship, and accountability. This is church in its simplest, strongest form.

“When my I was in hospital, Home Care didn’t just pray — they showed up. That’s family.” — S. Matse,

Our Commitment to You

Our Home Care leaders are trained through ISOM’s Pastoral Ministry curriculum and Jlife content and serve under the covering of our pastoral team. Every request is handled with biblical wisdom, compassion, and strict confidentiality.

We do not replace medical professionals. In emergencies, please call 977 or go to the nearest clinic. We’re here to support, pray, and walk with you.

Request Care

If you or a loved one needs a visit, prayer, or practical help, please reach out. We’re honored to serve you.
